Public comment is invited on the abovementioned Amendment which proposes the following:

  • Removal of the identified ‘Primary School’ site within Lot 9000 (81) and Lot 767 (65) Carosa Road, Ashby;
  • Assigning of a portion of Lot 9000 (81) and Lot 767 (81) Carosa Road as Residential density ‘R40’.
  • Assigning the easternmost portion of Lot 767 (65) Carosa Road and the northern aspect of Lot 152 (1) Fomiatti Street, Lot 8008 (24) and Lot 151 Mondrian Approach;
  • To reclassify the easternmost aspect and southern aspect of Lot 9000 (81) Carosa Road, Ashby as ‘Public Open Space’;
  • The removal of the Hollosy Way road extension intended to connect to Carosa Road; and
  • The reduction in indicated width of the portion of Carosa Road directly abutting the abovementioned lots from a 25 metre road reservation to a 20 metre road reservation.
