Please be advised that CF Town Planning & Development has prepared the abovementioned structure plan amendment in regard to land located at Knoll Rise and Seaside Avenue. A map of the structure plan amendment area is included below.
The amendment proposes to Change the density coding of fifteen (15) existing residential lots along Knoll Rise and Seaside Avenue from R10 to R25.
