The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a patio at the rear of the property with the following details:
- Patio is 6.2m in length along the northern boundary, and is set back 0.5 from the boundary.
- The patio is setback 0.5m from the western boundary and has a width of 4.1m
- The patio has a maximum wall height of 2.9m
