Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:
- A Supermarket with a net lettable floor area of 2,400m2;
- A Childcare Premises at the southwest corner of the site;
- A maximum of 103 children at any given time;
- A Liquor Store – Small with a net lettable area of 200m2;
- Nine Retail and Commercial tenancies ranging from 60m2 to 325m2;
- Six Restaurant/Cafes and/or Lunch Bars ranging from 70m2 to 150m2;
- One additional Food and Beverage tenancy;
- Indicated to facilitate a Fast Food Outlet, Lunch bar, Restaurant/Café or Small Bar;
- A floor area of 120m2;
- A Health and Wellness tenancy;
- Indicated to facilitate a Consulting Room, Medical Centre or Recreation-Private;
- Net lettable area of 770m2; and
- Associated parking, landscaping and services.
