Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a Single House on the site. The main variations proposed are the following:

  • A 2.1-metre reduced lot boundary on the southern upper floor of the dwelling.
  • A 1.5-metre reduced lot boundary on the northern upper floor of the dwelling.
  • An overlooking to the southern adjoining property of approximately 44.8m2 and northern adjoining property of 5m2.
