Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a two storey dwelling with the following:

  • The proposed dwelling will have a length of 16.7m along the western boundary, and at its closest point, will be setback 1 metre from 20 Caricature Street, Alkimos.
  • The proposed dwelling includes a boundary wall measuring 6.3m in length along the boundary adjoining 24 Caricature Street, Alkimos. The boundary wall will be 3.6m high at its highest point.
