The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a single house with the following attributes:

• A boundary wall to the southwestern boundary with a length of 10.7m and a wall height of 3.3m.
• A first storey wall with a length of 13.8m and a height of 5.5m, setback 1.5m from the southwestern boundary.
