The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

The application seeks a design principle assessment against the following clauses of the Residential Design Codes Volume 1:

  • Clause 5.1.3 – Lot Boundary Setbacks along Western Boundary (10 Picasso Promenade)
  • Clause 5.4.1 – Visual Privacy (14 Picasso Promenade)

Upon request the proposed plans may be viewed via the City’s website (under “Your Say” > “Planning Proposals”) upon request, or alternatively in person at the Civic Centre, 23 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo.
