The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

The application proposes a Change of Use to Holiday House in the site. An overview of the operations is as follows:

• Maximum of eight (8) guests to stay in the property.
• Bookings will be for a minimum of two (2) nights
• Check-in time is from 3:00pm onwards and Check-out time is at 10:00am or earlier.
• Imposition of quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am Monday to Saturday and 10:00pm – 9:00am on Sunday and public holidays.
• Car-parking is to be contained on the property with a maximum of two vehicles on the site’s driveway.
