The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• A maximum occupancy of 6 adults and 1 infant at any one time
• The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the property
• Parking is limited to two cars, and to be contained on site
• Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is by 10:00am
• Guests must stay a minimum of two nights
• A Management Plan has been provided by the applicant which will be available to view online, outlining how the use will be managed.
