The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes to amend a previously approved development application on the site. The amended application incorporates the following:

• A maximum of 100 children and 18 staff members to be accommodated on site at any one time;
• A total of 27 car bays provided on-site;
• Proposed operational hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), with the outdoor play area to be used after 7:00am only;
• Associated landscaping and signage; and
• Removal of the previously approved café from the development plans.
