• Minimum Stay: Two (2) consecutive nights
• Maximum Occupancy: Five (5) guests
• Parking: One (1) dedicated bay located at the rear of the property
• Owner Occupancy: The applicant will not reside in the dwelling while guests are accommodated

The applicant has prepared a management plan which addresses the following key areas:

• Guest handbook and code of conduct
• House rules
• Noise mitigation and complaints procedure
• Waste Management
• Check in and check out procedures
