LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION
CITY OF WANNEROO DISTRICT PLANNING SCHEME NO. 2 – AMENDMENT NO. 227
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Wanneroo has initiated the above-mentioned local planning scheme amendment to insert zoning, local scheme reservations and residential density controls into District Planning Scheme No. 2 over established parts of the Trinity Estate, Alkimos. Much of these controls will be taken from the following City of Wanneroo structure plans:
- Lots 1001 and 1002 Marmion Avenue, Alkimos Agreed Local Structure Plan No. 60 (ASP 60); and
- Agora Village – Trinity at Alkimos Pt Lot 9005 Marmion Avenue, Alkimos Agreed Local Structure Plan No. 86 (ASP 86).
Following the approval of Amendment No. 227, the City is expecting that the Western Australian Planning Commission will amend ASP 60. ASP 86 will become redundant and will no longer need to remain in effect.
