The City of Wanneroo has received the above proposal, which is being advertised for your comment.

The application proposes the following:

• A Bulky Goods Showroom with an internal floor area of 14,234m², with the proposed opening hours as follows:
  • Monday to Friday – 10am – 8:30pm;
  • Saturday – 9am – 6:30pm;
  • Sunday – 10am – 6pm;
  • During peak periods, such as Christmas, trading hours may be subject to change;
• A Service Station with a canopy to accommodate 32 refueling bays, with the proposed opening hours as follows:
  • Monday to Friday – 6am – 9pm;
  • Saturday 6am – 7:30pm;
  • Sunday – 7am – 7pm;
  • During peak periods, such as Christmas, trading hours may be subject to change;
• 870 car parking bays;
• Proposed roundabout access via the adjoining future north-south road; and

Associated siteworks and landscaping.

Following the conclusion of the consultation period the application will then proceed to be determined by the Metro Outer Development Assessment Panel.
