Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a two-storey single house on site with retaining walls along all lot and street boundaries to formalise the ground levels. The maximum wall height and building height measured from natural ground levels are 7.2 and 9m respectively.
The retaining wall along north and west lot boundaries are located on the boundaries with height of 0.5m maximum. The retaining wall proposed on southern lot boundary is a maximum of 1.1m high. Similarly, the retaining wall along street boundary has a filling height of maximum 1.1m from natural ground level.
