Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:
- Parking of the 2 commercial vehicles are indicated on the driveway within the property.
- The vehicles are 7 metres (Long), 2.5 metres (Wide) by 3.5 metres (High) and 5.5 metres (L), 2.3 metres (W) and 2.3 metres (H).
- The enclosed patio extension has nil setback to the
secondary street boundary with maximum 3.2m ridge height and minimum 1.8m roof
height at the diving fence.
