The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes an outbuilding to the rear of the property. Details are as follows:
- The length of the Outbuilding to the Eastern boundary is 4m metres and proposes a 0.5 metre setback to this boundary.
- The length of the Outbuilding to the Northern boundary is 6.08m metres and proposes a 0.1 metre setback to this boundary.
