Proposal details

At its meeting on 27 May 2025, the City of Wanneroo Council resolved to initiate Amendment No. 232 to District Planning Scheme No. 2 for the purpose of modifying Schedule 2 ‘A37’ of District Planning Scheme No. 2 (DPS 2):

  • to include ‘restaurant / café as a “P” (permissible) land use on Lot 810 (1397) and Lot 811 (1387) Wanneroo Road, Wanneroo; and
  • to include ‘shop’ as a “P” (permissible) land use for ‘shop’ land uses that are below 200m2 Net Lettable Area (NLA), provided the tenancy was operating prior to 5 May 2023.
